Last year was an extremely testing time for us all in Business and the beauty Sector. I was asked by the judging panel why should I be worthy winner of the category.
Why do you think your salon should win this award?
I believe our salon should win this award in recognition of the whole team’s dedication and commitment to our clients and the salon.
Our reputation is built on the exceptional service, consistently offered to clients in a happy, luxurious and gender-neutral environment.
We have raised the standards of Beauty Therapy offered in our area through investment in training and listening to what clients want.
Our Advances Apprentice programme enables us to ‘grow’ our staff so standards are upheld.
We pride ourselves on enhancing client’s natural beauty, using the purest products and specialist treatments. Our therapists keep up-to-date with new techniques and products so that clients are offered the very best. We only work with suppliers who provide the highest quality products and training support.
Our team are highly trained in all aspects of beauty and also receive bespoke training in Emotional Intelligence and the psychological benefits therapies offer. We ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure our clients feel special at every visit so they leave feeling valued and pampered. Clients benefit further from our educational on-line features, helping them maintain their beauty regime at home. We also send out monthly newsletters with the latest beauty tips, blogs and video tutorials and publish a paper version in-salon.
Our many awards pay tribute to our passion for the beauty industry and our clients. Phorest Salon Software awarded us a Five Star Award for “exceptionally high standards of customer service and client satisfaction”.
Constantly looking for ways to add value or improve the treatments offered, we act quickly on client feedback, which is automatically requested via email and monitored daily.
We practice gratitude and reward staff and client’s loyalty in a variety of ways.
Wherever possible we get involved in community initiatives and local / national charitable events, raising both funds and awareness.
