Why we invest the time into staff development and training?

My vision is to uphold our excellent reputation and encourage new therapist into the industry through enhanced apprentice training. In the near future.

I want to increase our training offer and facilities to accommodate larger numbers so that we can share our success and enable others to reach the high standard of training Pure Perfection colleagues enjoy.

Our clients are the most important part of the business and I am unbelievably proud of my team who strive to offer them the very best, consistently.

I will achieve my vision through reinvestment and with the support of my team who share my pride and passion to deliver more training and to expand and grow the Pure Perfection team.

It is crucial for the continued success of Pure Perfection that the salon is run effectively by a manager who works in-line with our strong policies, procedures, ethics and values.

I am able to monitor this by regular communication and by periodically working in the salon. I have regular contact with the team and evaluate client feedback weekly.

I am a strong believer in leading by example and so spend the time to train and evaluate all my staff individually with the support of a coach and trainer who specialises in wellbeing.

I invest heavily in training and development so that my team are the best they can be. They are financially rewarded for their high calibre but more importantly, they know they are valued.
