Although I certainly didn’t want to shut the salon, lockdown has given me time to reflect and learn new things.
I have particularly enjoyed re-reading client feedback which has helped shape what we do when we reopen (I cannot wait!!)
We pride ourselves on the well-being packages we offer and the bespoke treatment options, judging by your comments it seems that we really have helped you to relax and unwind. There were things on our menu that we decided to remove so we can give you more of your favourites.
Looking at how you spent your treat rewards throughout the year helped us decide and reminded us what a loyal lot you are!
Many comments were so personal and heartfelt, it is wonderful to know that you appreciate the level of customer service offered by our highly trained team. It seems that our aftercare information and the video tutorials have proven really useful, particularly whilst people have had more time to focus on themselves so we will definitely be adding to these online.
It was lovely to be reminded of all the kind words whenever we won awards – winning the National Employer of the year was the cherry on our cake.
