Laura joined Pure Perfection a decade ago as a fresh-faced beauty therapist with talent, ambition, and a heart for service. From her very first day, it was clear she had something special — a deep commitment to her craft, a natural connection with clients, and a hunger to grow.
Over the years, Laura’s journey has been nothing short of transformational. Through continuous learning, mentorship, and an unwavering dedication to excellence, she has risen through the ranks to become our Senior Salon Manager, in-house Educator, and team leader — guiding the next generation of therapists with warmth and wisdom.
Beyond her impressive technical skills, Laura is known for her ability to uplift and unite a team. She now mentors junior staff, helps shape our in-salon training, and plays a vital role in delivering the client experience that defines Pure Perfection.
