My passion of the beauty industry grew as did the desire to impart my knowledge and enthusiasm. I gained a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and began working as a lecturer. This was a fantastic experience and one that has helped me to ensure all our staff receive the highest level of training.

With over 17 years of experience in the beauty industry, I’m proud to be stepping into an exciting new chapter as a Pure Perfection® Self employed Partner from April 2026, continuing my journey within a brand that has played such a big part in my growth.

Having previously worked as Manager at our Barrowford salon and Senior Manager at our Padiham location, I’ve built a strong foundation in both client care and delivering high-performing salon standards within an award-winning environment.

I have a true passion for results-driven treatments, with a particular love for brows and lash lifts, where my creativity and attention to detail really come to life. Alongside this, I enjoy offering a full range of treatments, creating a bespoke experience tailored to each client’s individual needs.

For me, it’s about more than just the treatment, it’s about the entire client journey. I pride myself on creating a welcoming, professional, and relaxing space where every client feels valued, confident, and cared for from start to finish.

As a Profit Partner within Pure Perfection®, I’m excited to continue building my own business, supported by a trusted, premium brand, while delivering the high standards and exceptional service my clients know and love.

Hi, I’m Emma and I joined Pure Perfection in April 2021 on an apprenticeship programme alongside Blackburn College. I’m super excited to be working with Pure Perfection and the team to develop new skills and further my knowledge within the beauty industry.

I am extremely passionate about beauty and I aim to please all clients and gain my own clientele, giving them the best experience possible from being welcomed into the salon to providing a treatment to the best of my ability! I can’t wait to get stuck in and meet some new faces!

Hi, I’m Eva and I’ve recently started my beauty internship at the Pure Perfection salon in Padiham. I’m already qualified in lashes and I’m now excited to continue developing my skills and knowledge in the wider beauty industry.

Being able to train in such a welcoming and professional salon is an amazing opportunity, and I’m looking forward to learning from the team while building my confidence and techniques.
