WELLBEING TREAT CARDS

To express our appreciation and gratitude for client loyalty, we offer a Treat Card to encourage you to ‘treat’ yourself to one of our  Wellbeing services.

Points are earned in a variety of ways so that all clients benefit!

This is a digital system where points are added automatically and can then be used as payment in salon on a selection of services.

How it works

You will need to confirm you are happy to receive our complimentary email newsletter and SMS services to use this reward system.

Once you have received your activated treat card, you can earn points every time you have a treatment or buy retail.

Points are earned one point per £ spent on a treatment and two points per £ spent on retail products.

Example

£30 spent on a treatment earns you 30 points

£30 spent on a product earns you 60 points

You receive a total of 90 points on your Treat Card.

Getting extra points!

5 extra points when you send us a selfie showing the results of your treatment.

5 extra points when you leave us a review.

5 extra points when you recommend a friend.

Double reward points will also be given to clients who rebook on the same day. We encourage same day rebooking to ensure you get your desired therapist, date and time.

Redeeming points

Points are automatically added to your Treat Card and then when you choose to use them, we deduct them, it’s that simple! 1points equals £1 towards a treatment or product new to you.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Points are to treat yourself to something that is beneficial for wellbeing.
• Only one treatment may be booked per visit and must be booked directly with the salon
• Points cannot be used any time during December
• Double points will be deducted for missed appointments or same day cancellations; this will be calculated on the cost of the treatments booked.
• The Treat Card cannot be used at the same time as our stamp loyalty system currently used in salon. This must be used first before starting a Treat Card
