Wow we were all overwhelmed with joy to receive the winner of Customer Friendly category at the Hyndburn Business Awards 2019 #HAwards19

I cannot express my gratitude and excitement for all my teams hard work and efforts of recognition with in the beauty industry.

It was a tearful moment when the winners were announced and I would like to say a massive thank you to all our friends, family and the loyalty of our clients over the last 15 years of Pure Perfection Salons.

We couldn’t have done it with out you but most importantly the team.

The Team have gone above and beyond to make this happen, the training the long days and the weekends with never ending developments and changes in the industry.

It’s inspiring to see so many women support each other and clearly shows the level of respect we have as a team.

Since winning our awards I’ve been asked what we had to do to be selected.  The short answer is, we had to demonstrate that we are unique and offer exceptional service to our clients.  Course we have to provide evidence to back up our claim.  We pride ourselves on using the very best products and offer a fantastic range of services & therapies, delivered by highly trained therapists.  We tailor our services to meet the needs of our clients, regardless of gender, age etc but most importantly we ensure our clients feel special from the minute they walk through the door – all this whilst keeping our prices competitive…and that is how we did it!  To say I’m proud is an understatement!
