As a salon owner, I believe it’s important to celebrate not only the results our clients see, but also the investment, education and development happening behind the scenes.
One of our biggest recent achievements has been introducing Medik8 into the salon.
We haven’t simply invested in an incredible results-driven skincare brand; we’ve also invested in comprehensive Medik8 training for our team. This ensures that every therapist has the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to recommend the right products and deliver exceptional treatments tailored to each client.
Continuous education is something I’m incredibly passionate about. The beauty industry is constantly evolving, and I believe investing in our team’s development is one of the most valuable investments we can make.
When our team grows in knowledge and confidence, our clients receive an even better experience, and that will always be our priority.
I’m also incredibly proud of Emily, who is currently completing our internship programme.
It has been so rewarding to watch her confidence, knowledge and practical skills grow. Starting a career in the beauty industry can feel overwhelming, which is why we’re committed to giving Emily the hands-on experience, professional guidance and continued support she needs to build strong foundations for her future.
Watching someone develop from the very beginning of their journey is one of the most fulfilling parts of being a salon owner. Emily has already made fantastic progress, and we’re so excited to see where her career takes her.
As Emily continues to progress, we’re excited to begin searching for our next intern.
