Thankfully we are preparing to open our doors once again and we genuinely can’t wait to see all our wonderful clients and of course welcome new clients.

I feel lucky to have such a great team who have engaged in whatever was needed (and more!) throughout the lockdown period using their time wisely to further develop their skills.

I want to say a special and HUGE thank you to my wonderful managers Laura (Barrowford) & Tara (Clitheroe) who are both worth their weight in gold!

Throughout lockdown the commitment to the team and their salon has not waned.  They have made sure the salons are secure and in good order, whilst ensuring their teams are up-to-date and motivated. On-hand to help, answer queries and offer guidance, our clients have not missed out either.

Over the last few months, the managers have become dab hands at zoom calls and delivering necessary training to the team including Covid health and safety.

We have a fantastic digital system which Tara and Laura have been diligently learning more about so we get the most out of our e-commerce store, our salons digital marketing suit and the training platforms.

Lockdown has given the management team time to refresh ourselves on policies and procedures and to work through next year’s business plan so we are the best we can be.

We are looking forward to a GREAT future and I am thankful for my GREAT TEAM!
